Bakker Brothers is a family owned Seed Company founded in 1928. The third generation, three brothers of the Bakker family, is running the Company.
Bakker Brothers is specialised in the breeding, production and marketing of vegetable seeds. More than 95% of its sales is into export markets.
The main offices and breeding station are based at Noord-Scharwoude in Holland. Production Companies have been established in Tanzania and the U.S.A. for the production of high quality seeds. Bakker Brothers has got a world-wide reputation for their high quality beanseeds, produced in Idaho (U.S.A.) and in Tanzania.
More than 150 different bean varieties are produced for sales all over the world. The very wide range of products, with varieties for all kind of climatic conditions, make Bakker Brothers not only a serious and reliable partner, but also an interesting partner for customers which require the latest developments in breeding to meet their quality standards.
