Jaba (Winter Radish)
The root of Jaba is long, cylindrical and pure white of colour. Jaba is also used for sprouting radish.
Ronde Rode Broei 4 (Round Red Forcing 4) 'Noba'
Noba is a very early selection of Round Red Forcing 4. Foliage-length is short. Root is extremely round, bright red in colour and with fine tap root. Especially for a greenhouse crop in autumn, winter and spring or outdoor in summer.
Saxa 2
Attractive variety especially for production under glass and plastic tunnels in spring, summer and autumn, but also for outdoors.
Tops are short. Roots are round and beautiful scarlet red in colour with a short tail, even when the roots are bigger. Highly tolerant to sponginess.
Cherry Belle
Excellent variety with uniform, round shaped roots and rich red colour. The firm flesh is deliciously crisp making it a popular choice when bunching or pre-packaging. Outstanding for spring or summer planting, maturing in approximately 25 days. Tops are medium short.
French Breakfast 4 'Francis'
A half long, cylindrical variety with white tip. The root colour is bright red with a good separation to the white tip. The internal quality is excellent. The foliage is medium long. For spring and summer cultivation in- and outdoors.
Sparkler 3 (=National 3)
An attractive variety for home garden and local market use. Tops are medium-tall. The root is globe to flat globe in shape and has a scarlet top part and a white lower part. Flesh is white and crisp. Matures in approximately 30 days.
Beret
Medium-late maturing radish with large (3-5 cm in diameter), round roots with scarlet-red colour. The flesh is white and crispy which remains firm for a very long period. Absolutely no sponginess. The strong growing plants have rather long foliage. Suitable for all growing seasons.
Icicle
A long, slender, tapered radish that matures in 30 days from emergence. Colour is white, flesh is crisp, mild and also white. Tops are medium short, roots 12-14 cm long. A favorite in both fresh market and home garden.
Mino Early (Winter Radish)
Mino Early matures in 50 days. Its roots are long, tapered (45 cm) and have a pure white colour. The flesh is tender and crisp.
